Individual Sessions
This corporate visualization class surprised me. I knew it would be a great session, because Christi was leading it, but I did not expect to take away such helpful, non-nonsense tools that were playful, specific and really game-changing. Christi gives big wide permission to enter in to her suggestions in whatever way is most helpful for the individual. She does not demand that you follow and practice her tools in her specific way. That alone was so helpful, because there was no way a participant could get anything "wrong". We were all in the room together listening to Christi's guidance and I am sure that everyone took away something that was durably useful. I know I have.
